It has been one of my favorite vegan snack recipes for a long time already. It is healthy, easy and you’re non vegan friends will also like it! You really don’t need more than 5 minutes for this recipe

- 1 tablespoon (raw) cacao powder
- 200 grams of dried dates (take the seeds out)
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2/3 tsp of vanilla
- Optional: (himalayan/sea) salt
- Optional: Raw cacao nibs
Put everything in the blender and make the mixture into the preferred cookie shape – Enjoy your raw vegan energy balls!
